Every single alumnus / alumna who has passed out is like a child just out of a mother’s womb. Out in a new world, the alumni of the university have come out with flying colors and reached greater heights. Their achievements and accomplishments ensure that the university and its reputation grow and flourish.

“The most valuable thing about an accelerator are the people behind it” -The glory of Anna University is majorly because of the alumni who have established themselves in significant positions in each and every corner of the world. They serve as a role model for the students and help to transmit the essence of the spirit, culture and pride from one generation to another.

“A rising tide lifts all boats”- the student boats are always guided such that they reach the shore with oodles of pearl by the mounting Alumni.

ANNA UNIVERSITY has produced Leaders, Academicians, Administrators, Scientists, Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs, Artists, Writers, Sport Personalities, Actors and Managers who collectively have a wealth of knowledge and experience. The Centre for Alumni Relations and Corporate Affairs brings all these outstanding people together on a single platform. This collective excellence is our contribution to the future generations and the society as a whole.

Our alumni have always been very receptive to the needs of the college, irrespective of time, money and their corporate position. They always treat us with great regard, going out of their way to help students in career and character guidance. They have constantly provided us with technical and monetary support when and where needed. Our alumni who have become entrepreneurs have helped the students in projects and training accomodating them in their companies at the appropriate time periods. Many have contributed towards endowment awards that aims to encourage the students excel in specific subjects.

To build relationships. To build relationships and bring together the philanthropic generosity of individual alumni of CEG, ACTech, MIT & SAP, Corporations, and Foundations, to be a key element in AU’s rise to world leadership in education and research.

The Centre for Alumni Relations and Corporate Affairs will work closely with the Alumni Associations and a network of fundraising volunteers to generate support for a broad range of purposes, including infrastucture development, visiting chair professorships, research, sports, and other betterment activities.

The Centre for Alumni Relations and Corporate Affairs will bring together the alumni community of CEG, ACTech, MIT & SAP, known worldwide for the application of science, engineering and technology. It works to provide a rare and special setting where the Alumni of the four world class institutions build congenial and sentimental kinships which aid fostering of intellectual breakthroughs and societal regeneration.

In convergence with Anna University’s vision, Centre for Alumni Relations and Corporate Affairs seeks to fulfill the aspirational requirements of the Institute through the development of infrastructure, creation of innovative technologies and initiation of Anna University as a leading technological and research institution with key focus on sustainability.
